SAFETY ESCORT PROGRAM

The ACC Campus Safety Escort Program is one of the most popular prevention programs available to students, faculty, and staff. This service is provided by on-duty Public Safety officers.

When walking on campus during the evening hours you are encouraged to walk with another person and use well-lighted/ well-traveled routes. However, don’t hesitate to ask for help or a safety escort if a situation makes you feel afraid or threatened anytime of the day. Anything that makes you feel uncomfortable is a legitimate reason for contacting Campus Public Safety.

Escort service to the parking areas may be obtained by:

 – Request in person at the information desk in the main lobby
 – calling 336-506-4286
 – Call the Officers 24 hr. cell phone at 336-260-9203.
