The Center for Development and Leadership (CDL) supports the College’s faculty and staff by fostering professional growth.  Through a range of development programs focused on teaching excellence, leadership, and curriculum innovation, CDL empowers educators to enhance their impact on student learning and institutional success.


The CDL

  • Offers a large number of PD sessions throughout the academic year

  • Coordinates the New Faculty Mentoring Program

  • Hosts the Faculty Moodle pages proving information and communication

  • Facilitates the Leadership Program
