Graham, N.C. - A moment of excitement and promise unfolded as the Alamance County Chapter of Medical Assistants proudly presented Andrew Partain with a $250 scholarship, recognizing his dedication, ambition, and commitment to the healthcare field.

Andrew is currently enrolled in Alamance Community College’s Medical Assisting program and is on track to complete his studies in May. Driven by a deep passion for learning, he has embraced every opportunity to expand his knowledge and skills. In addition to his Medical Assisting coursework, Andrew is also enrolled in the Pharmacy Technician program and has plans to pursue a future career in Nursing. Andrew’s enthusiasm for healthcare and his positive experience within the Medical Assisting program played a key role in his selection for this award.

This year marks a significant milestone for the Alamance County Chapter of Medical Assistants, as it is the first time the organization has awarded this scholarship, making Andrew the inaugural recipient. Through initiatives like this scholarship, the Alamance County Chapter of Medical Assistants reinforces its dedication towards student success and the continued growth of the Medical Assisting program at Alamance Community College.
