Events & Special Programs

The Communications and Public Affairs Office Programs supports ACC by planning, coordinating, and executing a wide range of internal and external events that reflect our mission, brand, and commitment to community engagement.

What We Do

The Events & Special Programs team provides strategic support and coordination for events that represent ACC to students, employees, partners, and the broader community. Our role is to help events run smoothly while creating positive, meaningful experiences for all attendees.

We assist with events of varying sizes and scopes, including academic, ceremonial, promotional, and community-focused activities.

To request support or begin planning an event, submit an Event Request Form or contact the events coordinator. Requests should be submitted as early as possible to allow adequate planning time.
