Anatomy of a Food Pantry Bag: Dueling Dishes
On the last tuesday of September, October and November witness a face off between NC Collegiate Hunger Challenge Student Ambassadors and NCCE Agent, Elisa Phillips as they will prepare two different dishes from the same ingredients. They will be using only the contents of a typical food bag, provided by the ACC Food Pantry. Stop by the foyer outside ACC Bookstore for a sample and vote on your favorite!
