Institutional Effectiveness and Strategic Planning:

A Framework for Continuous Improvement

This site provides information pertaining to the processes used by Alamance Community College (ACC) to monitor its institutional effectiveness (IE) as well as develop and implement its strategic plan.  The primary purpose of these processes is to provide multiple mechanisms through which the College can analyze its key performance indicators in order to ensure that ACC continues to meet its mission.

Fundamentally, the process defines 1) where the College is today, 2) where it needs to be in the future, and 3) on what initiatives it needs to focus to get there.
