ACC Yellow Belt Certification Program:

ACC Yellow Belt: Provides an orientation to the Lean basic history, concepts, and improvement process. Training focuses on how to apply and develop Kaizen and Lean principles for minimizing the amount of time and resources used in work processes by elimination of waste and defects. Yellow Belts participate as a core team member or subject matter expert (SME) on a project or projects. They gather data, participate in problem-solving exercises, and add their personal experiences to the exploration process.
