Wēpa is a new cloud-based, wireless printing service on ACC campuses. The kiosks are located in the Skills Lab, Library/LRC, Dillingham Campus, Powell Building, and AATC Building.

What is Wēpa? Wēpa is a wireless printing service that allows students to print documents to a Wēpa kiosk from their cloud account, the web, a USB drive, their smartphone or any campus or personal computer.  

**All ACC students have a Wēpa account already created and tied into their ACCess account.**

In order to print, you must have funds in your Wēpa account or purchase a Wēpa print card from a designated location (listed below).

Getting Started

It is super simple to get started with Wēpa!  

Click here to visit
the Wēpa login page.
Choose ACC from the list
and log in.

You do not need to register if you have campus credentials.

Just sign in with your campus credentials (ACCess account login).

If you do not have campus credentials, click Register on the Wēpa page to create an account.

Pricing

B/W single-page: $0.10
B/W double sided: $0.15
Color single-page: $0.35
Color double sided: $0.69

Payment Options

Credit Card: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and JCB cards are accepted.

PayPal: PayPal accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and UnionPay.

Wēpa cards: available for purchase at designated locations throughout the College.

*NOTE: If you access the deposit website page via iOS, Mac, or Android, more payment options like Venmo and Apple Pay are available as well!

Print Station

  1. Login to Wēpa account either by swiping campus / tagged card or manually entering credentials.
  2. Select blue menu icon in top right, then ‘Deposit Money‘ from drop down menu.
  3. Select the amount to deposit ($10.00 defaulted) then ‘Next‘.
  4. Select a payment option, either credit/debit card on left or PayPal on right.
  5. If credit/debit card, swipe card when prompted.
  6. If PayPal, select ‘PayPal Checkout‘ to login to account.
  7. Deposited funds will appear under ‘Account Balance‘ in top right.

Website / App

  1. Login to Wēpa account.
  2. Select ‘Deposit Funds‘ in top right blue menu bar or select ‘add more‘ by ‘CURRENT BALANCE’ in the right side print queue.
  3. Select an amount to deposit ($5.00, $10.00, $15.00, $20.00, $25.00, $50.00)
  4. Select a Payment Method, either Credit Card or PayPal.
  5. If Credit Card, enter Billing and Payment Information then Submit CC Deposit.
  6. If PayPal, select PayPal Checkout for a pop-up window to login to account or enter guest information.
  • Billing Information – NOTE: Enter 00000 for Zip when using International card.
  • Payment Information – NOTE: Expiration Date Format is MMYY and NOT MM/YY.

Printing Options

Follow these six steps to print at a kiosk from your computer.laptop

  1. Download and install the wēpa print driver:
  2. Open your document and from the Print menu, choose a printer:
    • wēpa BW for black and white prints
    • wēpa BW Two-Sided for double-sided black and white prints
    • wēpa Color for color prints
    • wēpa Color Two-Sided for double-sided color prints
    • Please note: ACC Printing kiosks only print on letter size paper (8.5”x11”). Please format your document to this size before printing
  3. Visit any kiosk on campus and touch the screen to start
  4. Swipe your card, enter a release code, or login with your ACCess login to download your print jobs from the cloud
  5. Select the file to print and your payment method
  6. Collect your print job
  7. Logout

Follow these eight steps to print from any computer on campus.multiple computers in a lab

  1. Visit a campus computer lab
  2. Open your document and from the Print menu, choose a print option:
    • wēpa-BW (PC) or wēpa-Mono (Mac) for black and white prints
    • wēpa-Color for color prints
    • ACC's Printing kiosks only print on letter size paper (8.5”x11”). Please format your document to this size before printing
  3. Click Proceed to send your print job to the cloud
  4. Enter your ACCess login(@access.alamancecc.edu) and password when prompted for authentication
  5. Visit any kiosk on campus and touch the screen to start
  6. Swipe your card, enter a release code, or login with your ACCess login to download your print jobs from the cloud
  7. Select the file to print and your payment method
  8. Collect your print job
  9. Logout

The wēpa print app can be used to print from Apple and Android smartphones and tablets. mobile phone

Apple iOS

Available on the App Store, click to visit

  1. Download the wēpa print app onto your Apple device
  2. Open the document you want to print and select the Open send icon icon in the top right hand corner
  3. Select Open in wēpa Print
  4. Log in with your ACCess login (@access.alamancecc.edu) and password when prompted by the wēpa Print app
  5. Select the print options and number of copies to print (Color, B/W, portrait, landscape, and duplex printing options are available)
  6. Tap Send to wēpa to upload your document to the cloud
  7. You will receive confirmation that your file has been uploaded
  8. Visit any kiosk on campus and touch the screen to start
  9. Swipe your card, enter a release code, or login with your ACCess login to download your print jobs from the cloud
  10. Select the file to print and your payment method
  11. Collect your print job
  12. Logout

Android

Android app on Google Play, click to visit

  1. Download the wēpa Print app from the Google Play store. 
  2. Open the wēpa print app and login using your ACCess login (@access.alamancecc.edu) and password
  3. Select File to print
  4. Navigate to the folder storing your file and open the file to print
  5. Select the print options and number of copies to print (Color, B/W, portrait, landscape, and duplex printing options are available)
  6. Tap Send to wēpa, a checkmark next to your file name confirming the file is ready to print
  7. Visit any kiosk on campus and touch the screen to start
  8. Swipe your card, enter a release code, or login with your ACCess login to download your print jobs from the cloud 
  9. Select the file to print and your payment method
  10. Collect your print job
  11. Logout

Follow these nine steps to print at a kiosk with a USB drive.usb thumb drive

  1. Save your document to a USB drive and visit a campus kiosk
  2. Tap Print from USB on the main screen
  3. Firmly insert your USB flash drive into the kiosk USB port (if your files do not display, reinsert your USB)
  4. Do not remove your USB drive until your files have finished printing
  5. Select the file(s) you wish to print
  6. Select your print options (Color, B/W, portrait, landscape, and duplex printing options are available)
  7. Select the number of copies you wish to print
  8. Select your payment method
  9. Collect your print job
  10. Logout

Follow these eight steps to print at a kiosk from your computer.email icon

  1. Log in to your ACCess email 
  2. Attach a Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, or PowerPoint) or PDF document(s)
    • ACC's Printing kiosks only print on letter size paper (8.5”x11”). Please format your document to this size before printing. 
  3. Specify any print options on the first line of the email body:
    • Color for color prints. Default is black and white.
    • Duplex for double-sided prints. Default is single-sided. 
  4. Send email to print@wepanow.com.  Wēpa will place your files in your account or a Guest account.
    • If you send the email from a non-ACCess email account, it will be placed in a Guest account 
  5. You will receive an email reply when your files are ready for release. Visit any kiosk on campus and touch the screen to start. 
  6. Swipe your card, enter a release code, or login with your ACCess login to download your print jobs from the cloud 
  7. Select the file to print and your payment method 
  8. Collect your print job
  9. Logout

Follow these nine steps to print at a kiosk with a cloud service account:icon representing google drive, dropbox, and other cloud services

  1. Visit a campus kiosk
  2. Swipe your card
  3. Tap on the icon of the cloud service that you will be using (Google Drive, Office365, Dropbox, or Box)
  4. Log in to your cloud service account
  5. Allow wēpa Printing to access the drive account
  6. Select the file(s) you wish to print
  7. Select the number of copies you wish to print and your print options (Color, B/W, and duplex printing options are available)
  8. Select your payment method
  9. Collect your print job
  10. Logout

Visitors and guests of Alamance Community College may use ACC's Printing kiosks by creating aguest icon Wēpa account. (Note: Wēpa accounts have been created for all ACC students, faculty, and staff to access ACC's Printing services on campus.)

Create a Wēpa account as a visitor or guest

  1. Register using the online form on Wēpa's website
  2. In the "Select School" drop-down list, select A Guest User and click the "Register" tab
  3. Fill out the information requested and submit form
  4. Once your account is created, you will receive confirmation that your registration is complete
  5. Print from a USB drive and pay with a credit/debit card. A $0.40 transaction fee will apply to all credit/debit card purchases

Deposit funds to your Wēpa account

  1. Log in to your Wēpa account and click Deposit Funds
  2. Complete the Billing Address and Credit Card Details sections on the online form
  3. Select the amount of money you would like to deposit. Please note there is a $5.00 minimum deposit required

Print with your Wēpa account

  1. Upload your files to your Wēpa account from a computer lab, personal computer or mobile device
  2. Visit any kiosk on campus and follow the screen prompts to release your print job
