Academic Skills Lab – Tutoring

The Academic Skills Lab (Room 348 – Carrington-Scott campus) is part of the Learning Resources Center (Library) of Alamance Community College. Staff members are available to help and encourage students by emphasizing the motto, “Helping students to help themselves.

The purpose of the Academic Skills Lab is to support the mission and goals of the College by providing an open computer lab and tutorial services for individuals and groups. The lab provides access to and assistance with computers and educational software designed to enable both curriculum and continuing education students to meet their course, degree, transfer or career needs.

The lab also provides tutoring for many subjects during a scheduled appointment or drop-in visit. Schedule a tutoring appointment.
