Field Trips

The college expects all field trips to be well-planned and related to course content. All trips must be cleared through the appropriate supervisor at least one week in advance of the trip. Two ACC forms (ACC 200FT and ACC 200) must be completed and returned to the appropriate division office prior to the trip. The division office will then distribute the forms as indicated at the bottom of each form. Blank forms can be obtained through the division secretary’s office. Field trips that affect the attendance of students in other classes cannot be mandatory. For overnight trips, security should be notified of all vehicles left on campus overnight.
