Class Breaks
All regular classes meet for 55 minutes per contact hour. Classes scheduled to meet more than 83 minutes per session (1.5 hours) must schedule a 10-minute break at the end of each 55-minute session. Although break times may be altered, 55 minutes of class time must be scheduled for each contact hour and all breaks must occur during the class, not at the end of the class.
