Learn more about Medical Laboratory Technology.

Medical Laboratory Technology students learn by doing.

Medical laboratories are the structural spine of the healthcare system. From analyzing samples and locating microorganisms to matching blood for transfusions and recommending treatment options, front-end medical care wouldn’t be possible with the hard work of lab technicians.

Accredited by the National Accrediting Agency for Clinical Laboratory Sciences (NAACLS), our Medical Laboratory Technology curriculum prepares students for working in clinical settings that help keep hospitals and other vital providers running. Our unique partnership with LabCorp also allows you to take classes during the second half of the curriculum in a state-of-the-art student laboratory at the LabCorp facility in Elon.
