Technical Writing - Online
To be successful in any career, you must be able to communicate clearly and effectively. This course will provide you with practical technical writing skills that are necessary for today’s workplace. This course covers internal workplace communications, external business-to-business and business-to-consumer writing skills, effective visual presentations, writing clear instructions for process documents, and using social media effectively. The goal of this course is to improve your ability to write clear and understandable types of technical writing, students will conduct hands-on writing assignments based on specific criteria.
