Students will be introduced to the most critical skills for call/contact center customer service professionals. Students will gain key skills needed to provide high-quality customer service, learn business concepts and experiences, personal job accountability and time management, effective communications, multitasking, critical thinking and problem solving and ethics for call/contact center professionals.
