Rollins Joins College as Chief Financial Officer

(September 12, 2022) – Andrea Rollins has joined Alamance Community College as its new Vice President of Business and Finance/Chief Financial Officer. She most recently served as the Alamance County Budget and Management Director.

Rollins, who has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management, Accounting from Meredith College, has more than 25 years of experience in business and finance. Prior to her tenure with Alamance County Government, she spent six years as a staff accountant with a Burlington CPA firm, and 18 years as Vice President of Finance and Administration with Elon Homes and Schools for Children.

A CPA since 1993, Rollins has been a Certified Local Government Budget Officer since 2020. In her seven years working for Alamance County, Rollins oversaw fiscal operations, developed budgets, created capital budgets, oversaw capital plans, developed performance management plans, facilitated economic development, and developed fiscal reports and strategic initiative documents. She also coordinated the issuance of a $200 million bond.
