The Academic Skills Lab is part of the Learning Resources Center of Alamance Community College. Staff members are available to help and encourage students by emphasizing the motto, "helping students to help themselves."

The purpose of the Academic Skills Lab is to support the mission and goals of the College by providing an open computer lab and tutorial services for individuals and groups. The lab provides access to and assistance with educational software designed to enable both curriculum and continuing education students to meet their course, degree, transfer or career needs.
