Your account is created on the first day of the semester that you are actively registered for classes. Accounts may take up to 24 hours to become active after creation. You must log in at least once for your account to become active.

Your username is created in the following format:
first initial+ middle initial+ last name+ last three digits of Colleague identification number.

Joseph's username would be: jtsmith891
( all lower case )

Your initial password is your Colleague identification number.

*You will be required to create a new password at your first login. You are responsible for the new password.

Please Note: Usernames are constructed using the name that you used when you originally registered at Alamance Community College.
Students who have had a name change since then and are having difficulties with their user name, should attempt to construct their username with the original last name. Why?

Apps is powered by Google and is provided to Alamance Community College students as a service, the College reserves the right to suspend or remove user accounts at any time.

By activating and using your account you acknowledge that all information, data, text, messages or other materials ("Content"), transmitted is the sole responsibility of the person who originated the Content.
This means that you, not Alamance Community College, are entirely responsible for all Content that you upload, e-mail, transmit or otherwise make available via access.alamancecc.edu.
Under no circumstances will Alamance Community College be liable in any way for Content, including, but not llimited to, errors or omissions in any Content or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content, e-mailed, transmitted, posted or otherwise made available through this service.

1. Try your Colleague ID as the password.
2. Double check to be sure that your username is correct.
3. Reset your password

Seeing calendars from your friends and activity groups alongside your own schedule makes planning easier.

Sharing and publishing. You decide who can see your calendar and which details they can view.

If you’re planning an event, you can create invitations, send reminders, and keep track of RSVPs right inside Calendar.
