  1. Be sure that you have activated your account at My ACCess
Account Activation

You can activate your ACCess account using the "Setup ACCess Account" form at My ACCess.


Terms of Use

ACCess Apps is powered by Google and is provided to Alamance Community College students as a service, the College reserves the right to suspend or remove user accounts at any time.

By activating and using your ACCess account you acknowledge that all information, data, text, messages or other materials ("Content"), transmitted is the sole responsibility of the person who originated the Content.
This means that you, not Alamance Community College, are entirely responsible for all Content that you upload, e-mail, transmit or otherwise make available via access.alamancecc.edu.
Under no circumstances will Alamance Community College be liable in any way for Content, including, but not llimited to, errors or omissions in any Content or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content, e-mailed, transmitted, posted or otherwise made available through this service.

  • Docs allows you to create new documents, spreadsheets, or presentations from scratch, or upload them from your computer
  • Edit or retrieve your files from any internet-connected computer, no MS Office necessary!
  • With Docs you can simultaneously work on files together with others that you invite.
  • You can track individual edits so that you can see who added and deleted what, when.
  • View ACCess Docs on your mobile phone!

  • One place for all your calendar information.
  • Seeing calendars from your friends and activity groups alongside your own schedule makes planning easier.
  • Sharing and publishing. You decide who can see your calendar and which details they can view.
  • If you’re planning an event, you can create invitations, send reminders, and keep track of RSVPs right inside ACCess Calendar.
  • Keeping you connected. Set up automatic event reminders (including text message notifications to your mobile phone) so appointments never slip your mind.
  • Platform openness. ACCess Calendar uses open standards like iCal and XML, so it plays nicely with other calendar applications that also use these.
