ANIMAL HANDLING

Throughout this course, students will gain hands-on training for handling & restraint of agricultural animals, domestic animals, lab animals, and reptiles. This is an introductory course that will cover topics such as animal behavior, safe handling & restraint, discuss tools of restraint, and proper handling techniques of animals who are either frightened, injured, confined, diseased or trapped.
