STAFF ASSOCIATION

The Staff Association at Alamance Community College advocates for all full-time and part-time staff, promoting their growth, development, and engagement, highlighting accomplishments, and fostering a positive work culture. The association facilitates honest communication with administration, addresses staff concerns, and enhances the quality of staff services to students, the school, and the community. They support activities promoting professional ethics and individual development while collaborating with the administration, faculty, and students to achieve the College's goals, fostering respect, dignity, unity, and cooperation among staff.
