• Make a copy of the attached form and save it to your computer.
• Name it with your name followed by the words -Pre-Nursing Checklist, as shown here: FullName-Pre-Nursing Checklist
• Tab through the form to complete all of the required fields.
• Save, attach, and submit the form via post office mail or in person. Location is S-Building in Admissions
• Use the document name as the subject of your email FullName-Pre-Nursing Checklist
