(November 9, 2021) – The ninth annual Reinhartsen 5k Run, sponsored by the Alamance Community College Foundation, grossed $7,300 for the Stephen Reinhartsen Memorial Scholarship, named for a longtime ACC counselor who passed in 2012.
This year more than 80 runners and walkers (including many ACC employees and their families) ran the 3.1 miles around the Graham main campus and along Jimmie Kerr Road on November 6.
The Stephen Reinhartsen Memorial Scholarship helps work study students.

The College’s BLET (Basic Law Enforcement Training) group (seen above) won the Chief Mike Woznick Cup trophy in honor of the late police chief of Gibsonville. They bested the running time of the group from the Burlington Police Department.
