Girls Take Over Tech–a first-ever open house in the Advanced Applied Technology Center specifically for prospective female students–brought more than 100 young women to the ACC campus in December 2017 to explore industrial career opportunities as demonstrated by females currently enrolled in Mechatronics, Welding, Machining, Computer-Aided Drafting, and Automotive Systems. The ACC Foundation organized the event.
