A variety of career counseling and job placement resources are available to current ACC students, prospective students, and alumni.

You may choose to:

1. Arrange a meeting with a career counselor to discuss your academic and career plans. Counselors are available for appointments on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays from
8am-5pm, on Thursdays from 8am-7pm, and on Fridays from 8am-3pm. (8am-noon during summer term).

2. Explore career planning websites

These websites include options that can help you complete a self assessment interest inventory, look at potential careers associated with specific academic majors and identify salary levels for particular career fields.

3. Locate and apply for full-time or part-time employment. Access current vacancy listings for ACC students along with web addresses for major employers in the area.

4. Get help with job search strategies, writing a resume, and/or preparing for a job interview.
Attend group workshops or schedule help on an individual basis.
