
Alamance Community College has an on-campus child care center that is open to children of students, faculty and staff, and the general community. ACC's center has a 4-star rating from the North Carolina Division of Child Development. The center provides programming designed for the optimal development of infants and children and serves as a laboratory for the training of students enrolled in the Early Childhood Associate curriculum. All lead teachers in the center have an associate or higher college degree in the early childhood field.
The center is open from 7:00 a.m. until 5:45 p.m., Monday through Friday, year-round. We serve children six weeks through five years of age. We also operate Summer Day Camp for children who have completed kindergarten through 5th grade.
