Please print and complete the request form for the activity you are requesting and mail it to: Records Office, Alamance Community College, P.O. Box 8000, Graham, NC, 27253-8000. Indicate the nature of your request on the envelope (ex. Transcript request).

Enrollment and Degree Verification

Our institution has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide degree and enrollment verification. National Student Clearinghouse may be contacted at www.studentclearinghouse.org or www.degreeverify.com.

Transcripts

Official transcripts are mailed directly to colleges, universities or employers upon written request. Students may pick up an official copy in a sealed envelope at the College's Information Desk. Please indicate on your request if you plan to pick up the transcript in person. A 24-hour turnaround is required.

Change of Student Information

To enable the College to have current directory information for contacting you regarding items such as grade reports and registration schedules, please contact the records office with any of the following changes: name, address, phone number. Additional documentation is required for name changes.

Students wanting to change their majors must fill out this request. You will be assigned a new advisor and be sent that information for the next registration period.

If your social security number is in our system incorrectly, please make the corrections on this request.

Tuition Refund Requests

The College refunds 100 percent of paid tuition if requested before the first official day of the semester. Please note; this may or may not be the date of your first class session. A 75 percent tuition refund is given if the request is processed before the 10 percent point of the semester. This date is posted each semester.

Graduation Application

Students must apply for graduation. Applications should be submitted at the beginning of the term in which graduation requirements will be completed. Students are notified of their graduation status by the end of the semester in which they have applied.
