Alamance Community College offers a broad range of educational programs and courses. Students may elect to enroll in a two-year degree program, a one-year diploma program, or an even shorter certificate program; all of which are designed to give students the skills to be successful in the workplace or at a senior institution.

For students who may have time constraints and may not be able to attend classes on campus, ACC offers distance learning courses which can be completed via the Internet or by cassette tapes. Also, high school students may take classes at no cost to them and earn college credits through the College's dual enrollment program.
