Online Registration

Online registration is available to currently-enrolled students through WebAdvisor. Students can view available classes, register for sections, check on their financial aid status, and print their class schedules.

Please read the Webadvisor handout located on the left to learn how to set up your WebAdvisor account and ACCess E-mail.

How Do I Register?

You must have an application submitted for the term you want to attend. Returning students will need to submit a new application if they have not taken classes the previous term (excluding the summer).

New students are invited to an orientation session where they can meet with an advisor and register for classes early. Returning students who have a College ID Number can register online when registration opens or meet with an advisor in the Academic Advising Center.

Each semester the following registration options are available. Check under Registration Dates & Times for specific dates:

Early Online Registration: Available for current or returning students who have a WebAdvisor account. WebAdvisor accounts are created the first time a student enrolls.

Early Faculty Advising Registration: Available for current or returning students. Advisors are available in the Academic Advising Center or in faculty offices by appointment.

Orientation Day: Available to new students.

Registration Day: Available to all students. Class availability may be limited.

Late Registration: Available to all students who missed registration.

Drop/Add: Available only to enrolled students for needed schedule changes.

Tuition Due Dates

Each term a tuition due date is posted. If tuition has not been paid by that date, the student loses their enrollment in the class. Students who have been notified that they have been awarded financial aid will have their tuition paid by the due date.

Tuition Refunds

A 100% refund may be made upon request if the student officially withdraws from the course prior to the first day of the semester.

A 75% refund may be made upon request if the student officially withdraws from the course prior to the ten percent point of the class. Students are encouraged to check with the Records office or the instructor to find out when the ten percent point of the class is reached.

Please note that during the school's designated drop/add period, students wishing to drop and add classes must do so at the same time or incur a 25% refund charge. (For example, a student drops ENG 111 for 3 credits and adds PSY 150 for 3 credits, all at the same time. This would be an "even exchange." A different student drops ENG 111 for 3 credits. The student changes his mind, comes back later, and adds PSY 150 for 3 credits. In this case, the student would receive a 75% refund for the dropped ENG course and then charged 100% for the added PSY class, resulting in an additional 25% charge even though maintaining the same number of credit hours.)

No refunds will be made after the ten percent point of class is reached.

Available Classes

The class schedule for the current and upcoming semester can be viewed on WebAdvisor ? Enter your search by choosing “Search for Sections.”

X” section numbers (ex. ENG 111 -01X) indicate that the class is transferable to colleges and universities for students pursuing a bachelor’s degree.

E” section numbers (ex. ENG 111 – 01E) indicate that the class is offered as a distance education option. Distance education section number designations always override the “X” section. In these cases, check to make sure the course is transferable.

H” section numbers ( ex. ENG 111 – 01H) indicate that the class is offered as a hybrid section. Hybrid classes have designated class times in addition to work completed through distance education. Hybrid section number designations always override the “X” section. In these cases, check to make sure the course is transferable.
