The purpose of Occupational Extension courses is to provide short-term training or upgrading of job skills. These courses include:
  • basic job training and career exploration
  • professional certification courses for teachers and teacher assistants, notaries, heating/air/plumbing contractors, auto dealers, auto emissions technicians, law enforcement officers, and others
  • computer courses.
